HIPAA HITECH breaches of over 500 patients are note posted in the OCR website.  So not only are there financial penalties but also public relations penalties.  Putting privacy and information security policies and procedures in place, training your staff, and maintaining your awareness is critical to you business.  You literally can't afford a breach in more ways than one.  Take a look at the site and see if there is someone you know.
