The HIPAA HITECH privacy and security industry is bracing itself for a tsunami of business associates seeking to get compliant by September 25, 2013. On site consultants and GRC companies are going to be burning the midnight oil but they don’t have the capacity to handle this surge. The SaaS companies with compliance tools are going to have to handle the bulk of the business. Because these models scale, they can process hundreds of clients per month at a reasonable cost.
